What will I pay out of pocket?

In most covered claims, you pay your deductible and we bill the rest to your insurance. We'll be upfront about anything that isn't covered before we do it.

Is water damage usually covered?

Sudden, accidental water damage (a burst pipe, an appliance failure) is typically covered. Long-term seepage and flooding may be treated differently. We'll help you understand your policy.
